19TH C.PINK PETTICOAT

Here is a lovely, pink cotton petticoat made during the late 19th c.....very feminine.

I love to find a doll that has layers and layers of original underwear under a beautiful dress. It makes her seem more special knowing that someone cared that much about her to spend those extra hours sewing underwear for her.

This petticoat has lovely, fine pleating at the waist.

7" long and approximately 7" waist measurement. $49.

GORGEOUS FRENCH WHITE PIQUÉ DRESS

I have been saving it.....hoping to find a doll that it would fit.....a cinderella story. But, alas, no French Bebé has materialized for me.....perhaps it has been waiting for your French child.

I would date the dress as circa 1870. It is made from a ribbed french piqué fabric. There has been much attention paid to detail. The closure buttons are cloth covered. There is lace insertion and tucking down the front. Delightful little pockets decorate each side. The pleated flounce gives any bebé that perky French look.

In excellent condition. It is strong and sturdy, clean and free from rips, tears, repairs, etc. It measures 10"in length.

A perfect party dress for a Bru, Jumeau, Steiner, etc.....a special dress for a special doll.
